Sterling silver is an alloy, or mixture,
of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. Some of the designs are polished to a mirror-like finish, and others
are textured (or brushed), and some are oxidized, brushed, and lightly polished
completely by hand. Sterling silver will tarnish
