| You will need a different length of beaded bracelet depending
on how thick it is - or how large or small its beads are. So, instead of
using bracelet length for sizing, we base bracelet sizes on your wrist size.
For proper fit and to protect your bracelet from wear-and-tear,
its inner circumference should be between about 1/4 inch and 1/2 larger
than the circumference of your wrist. Learn how to measure your wrist
by following the instructions below, then use our Bracelet
Size Chart to determine which size will work best for you.

How
to Determine Your Wrist Size
Use a tape measure to determine the circumference of your
wrist at the place where you'd like the bracelet to fall, typically right
above your hand. Many women's wrists measure between about 6 and 7 inches.
Note that if you like to wear bracelets a little more
snug, or a little looser, you may want to choose a bracelet one size smaller
or larger. However, we don't recommend wearing a linked bracelet too snuggly,
because this will cause undue wear to the wire.
Choosing a Size for a Gift Bracelet
Jewelry makes a wonderful gift, but sometimes it's difficult
to guess your gift recipient's wrist size.
The "average" size American woman's wrist is
believed to be about 6 1/2 inches, which is around a Chetti Designs size
M. If you think your gift recipient has as an average-sized wrist, this
is a good guideline. If she appears to have a small wrist, try an S or
XS bracelet. If she has a larger wrist, choose an ML or L.
Finally, to be on the safe side, try to select a bracelet
that is available with an extender chain that will make its length adjustable.
Your recipient can always have any excess extender chain removed. (Contact
Chris for information on removing extra chain yourself.)
