Payment by PayPal, money orders, and personal checks are all accepted; however, personal checks must clear before an order can be shipped. Mailed payment is due within 7 business days of placing your order. You may mail payment to:

Please note that all orders shipping within California are charged sales tax for the City of Davis, which is currently 8.75%.
Shipping
I normally ship within the United States but I may be able to ship to other select locations; please contact me with your international address and the item you're interested in before ordering so that I can get you a shipping quote.
Orders are shipped once payment has cleared.
Orders are normally shipped by USPS First Class or Priority mail, depending on total weight, with Delivery Confirmation and shipping insurance for U.S. orders only. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me for a quote before making payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Earrings and custom orders are non-returnable, but all other items can be returned for a refund less shipping fees within 7 days of your order. Please contact me to initiate your return.
Your refund will be issued when I receive the returned item in its original condition. If you paid using PayPal, the refund will be made by PayPal account, and if you paid by money order or check, your refund will be mailed to you by check.
Jewelry Care
Your jewelry should last for years if you take some steps to protect and maintain it. Please follow the Care and Feeding instructions included with your order, and pass them along if you're purchasing a gift.
